Status: ACTIVE PROJECT SKILLS LAYER, approved by Git for insertion into the Apocalypse, Now active workfiles package.

Purpose: reusable operational skills for all Apocalypse, Now project responses, writing, QA, repair, packaging, character/couple consistency, and post-chapter continuity updates. This file must be checked before every Apocalypse, Now project answer, and must be read before chapter writing, chapter QA, repair, packaging, or post-chapter update work.

Rule: Before every Apocalypse, Now project answer, check the relevant skills/rules first. When Git gives a new recurring note, correction, or preference, integrate it into this skills layer in the correct section before future delivery.
