## What Part 6 must not become
* Not an intake catalog.
* Not a list of institutions without people physically operating them.
* Not a neat civic diagram that forgets bodies, grief, food, sex, water, animals, children, hygiene, and romance.
* Not a perfect city.
* Not a cute adoption twist without danger, logistics, f
# Timeline and ages
Part 6 lasts about a year and a half, roughly from Month 47 to Month 65 after Day Zero.
It opens during the unfinished battle for the base, then moves from shock, wounded bodies, and the dead into the building of a real city.

## Age lock rule
No new character or child may enter prose without a Day Zero age, or a birth month if born after Day Zero, locked in `canon_ledger.md`.

## Required opening structure
* Part 6 opens inside the continuation of the battle for the base, not after everything has already been cleaned.
* Summer dies first, through a heroic action that saves the future life-zone: the animals, the children, Princess, seeds, farm supplies, or a place where living things can gro
## Memorial day origin
The first city memorial day is born from Nate, Seth, and Summer.
* Nate gives it laughter and love.
* Summer gives it the farm, animals, growing life, and the city’s ark impulse.
* Seth gives it water, movement, routes of life, and freedom.
* Regina turns what was said before the battle into a
# Major loss in Part 6, Zane Donovan
* A small Eureka group enters in Part 6 only: Jo Lupo, Jack Carter, Zoe Carter, and Zane Donovan.
* Do not bring all of Eureka. No Henry Deacon, Allison, Fargo, Vincent, or science-fiction systems.
* No impossible technology. They are smart, practical people inside a realistic worl
## Regina, civic leader
Regina handles citizenship, intake, space allocation, social order, first civic conflicts, and early civic judgments.

In Part 6, her line of rituals, celebrations, birthdays, holidays, and ordinary experiences begins to truly bloo
## Lexa, defense
Lexa handles security, perimeter, gates, training, and threat response.

## Sara Lance

With Ava, she holds both operational and relational co-leadership. In Part 6 she also enters a chosen-parenthood line, not instead of being a fighter, but in addition to it.
## Anya
Anya handles training, perimeter work, operational silence, and terrain reading.
With Lexa, she remains a battle-sister. With Raven, she becomes a slow burn through work, patience, friction, and trust. Do not soften her too fast.
## Emma and Kate
Emma and Kate handle internal security, investigation, gates, justice, conflict, and gray areas.
Emma brings rescue instinct and immediate response. Kate brings investigation, order, legality, and the ability to ask difficult questions.
They are not a repressive police force. They are one way the ci
## Clarke and Carina
Clarke handles public health, triage, isolation, medical policy, and recovery.
Carina handles the civic clinic, women, births, families, and ongoing care. Callie and Arizona later expand medicine, children, and family structures.
Medicine is not only wound care. It is life policy.
## Raven, Dustin, and Finn
They handle electricity, communications, water, engines, gates, radio, maintenance, and infrastructure.
Dustin is a brilliant technical apprentice and beloved headache. Finn holds the physical and human side: carrying, warmth, helping younger people, and deep friendship with Steve.
Toni ca
## Alex and Ava
Alex and Ava share physical logistics, storage, supplies, allocation, sanitation, protocols, and what goes where.
Alex holds the storage room in her body: who took what, who needs what, what is missing, what cannot be wasted.
Ava holds operational order: shifts, sanitation, protocols, turning chaos i
## Nancy
Nancy handles intelligence, maps, watch points, gates, routes, and expansion planning.
Mike helps her on this line, but he remains a teenager, not an adult deputy. Rachel can help Nancy plan civic areas, children’s spaces, stages, celebrations, and culture.
Nancy remains a fighter when needed, but her centr
## Steve
Steve handles building, field work, rescue, the boys, and the emotional heart of construction.
With Finn, he forms a deep friendship between two protective hearts. With Dustin and Mike, he holds a brother / young-group axis.
He becomes part of the founding council through labor and building, not because he
