### Entry Arc Scale in Part 3
Part 3 contains major standalone entry material for Avalance and the Waverider, Steve / Anya / Hawkins, and Caskett. Shoni and Seth / Summer are medium standalone entry arcs. Each entry must hold its own route, survival texture, relationship movement, and contact climax before the convoy
## Global forbidden moves for Part 3
* Do not introduce a new couple or group as if they already understand the apocalypse.
* Do not let side couples steal the structural center from the four main couples.
* Do not solve danger with coincidence when route, body, tools, weather, supplies, or prior decisions should matt
### Chapters 060-065, Avalance / Waverider / Opening the Frequency
This block brings in Sara, Ava, the Waverider, radio systems, water, space, suspicion, and absorption. Avalance must receive real emotional and physical space before they become a technical-emotional axis. The end of Chapter 065 gives Ronance and Raven
### Chapters 066-075, Steve / Anya / Hawkins
Steve / Anya / Hawkins child-focus lock:
The physically active children are Mike, Dustin, Will, Lucas, Erica, Max, and Eleven. There is a substantial focus on the children before Steve reaches them; they are not simply found as a list of names. Across the Steve/Anya road
### Chapters 076-086, Water Line / Shoni / Seth-Summer
This block, previously placed earlier, is now delayed until after Steve. The convoy continues to grow while knowing Steve is alive but before he has returned. Water, the marina, Shoni, Seth / Summer, time at the marina, water signs for Steve, and Legends broadcast
### Chapters 087-092, Caskett / End of the Road Era
This block closes Part 3 through Caskett, children, family, the blue van, emotional and physical overload, and the realization that the road is no longer enough. It hands Part 4 the need for the Lake Camp as a first place to stop, not a final solution.
## Incoming handoff from approved Part 2 contracts 051-059
Part 3 receives the group immediately after the word `convoy` has been earned by function, not declared as a slogan. The incoming physical state is:
* Three vehicles: the Vauseman minivan, the Finchel/Barbara supply truck, and the Department of Roads/service
## Chapter planning table
| Chapter | Block | Working title | Locked planning summary |

## Prose and legacy draft status
* `part3_master_chapters_060.txt` is the current Part 3 master after Chapter 060, once the user makes it active under the cleaned naming system.
* `part3_chapters_060-090.txt` is an older prose draft from the previous order. It may contain useful scene material, but it does not overrid
## Revision holding notes
These are not separate reference files. They stay here until the skeleton pass places them in a specific chapter or deletes them with approval.
* Check whether any old Part 3 prose still contains the previous block order and move usable material into the correct new block.
* Rebuild every ch
## Status
Full organized English working version for Part 3. Ready for the new skeleton pass, not for prose writing without chapter-level skeletons.

## Working status
This is a full organized English logic map for the new skeleton phase. It preserves the useful Part 3 planning already built, removes dated update-stacking, and gives each chapter a stable working slot.
This map holds logic, not prose.
## How to use this logic map
1. `chapters_summaries.md` remains the short chapter-summary index.
2. `worklist_by_parts_part3.md` holds the broader Part 3 engine, arc blocks, and operating rules.
3. This map holds chapter-level continuity: physical opening and ending, frame, knowledge, forbidden knowledge, objects, veh
## Part overview
Part 3 turns the group into a living convoy. It begins with three vehicles already too full of life and supplies, brings in Avalance and the grounded Waverider as space and communication, proves Steve is alive without solving his location, follows Steve / Anya / Hawkins to the other side of that proof
## Global constraints
* The four main couples remain the emotional center.
* The Waverider is grounded and practical, not a magic solution.
* Radio proof does not become radio rescue.
* Steve does not reunite physically with Ronance in Part 3.
* Anya does not learn Lexa through Steve.
* Children and animals are always
## Living People, Road Occupancy, and Moving Vehicles in Part 3 Logic
Part 3 travel logic must keep the convoy inside a populated, damaged world rather than an empty road map.
Continuity requirements:
* Every road or convoy movement chapter should consider recent tire tracks, moved obstacles, stripped cars, smoke, h
