9.6 Chapters 74-75, Water Line Absorption

Chapter 74 is the full physical meeting of the convoy with Shelby, Toni, Seth, Summer, and Princess.
Toni begins to be read by Raven and Finn through work with boat, ropes, and tools in Chapter 74, and this line becomes active and clear in Chapter 75 around the green boat's engine.
Robin and Seth are locked as emotional mirrors around talking under pressure. Robin recognizes Seth's mechanism because she uses it herself, and Nancy recognizes and is proud of Robin for that.
Shelby and Summer begin integrating into the children/animals/education line through Robin, Rachel, and Piper in Chapter 75.
Princess stays with Summer, but receives clear boundaries with Theo, Beta, and Scout.
Theo remains Alex and Piper's child together. Every transfer between arms or location in Chapters 74-75 passes through written action.
The Legends broadcast line continues in Chapters 74-75: in Chapter 74 they mark a broadcast window and do not open because of the sensitivity of the meeting, in Chapter 75 there is a short window with no answer.
