4.1 Locked Deaths and Losses
Control document for losses. Every death must build something, break something, or change an institution, and must not be a dramatic checkbox. Every row also creates a continuing aftermath obligation: individual reactions, delayed recurrence, triggers, relationship / role changes, and later integration must be tracked in the relevant Part file and chapter logic map.
