8.1 Current Shelter Location Lock, Chapters 34-38

The pack's current shelter after Vauseman and Theo join is in western Virginia, in an Appalachian area near West Virginia. It is not near the coast and not deep in eastern Virginia.

Meaning for Chapters 36-38:

A one-day supply convoy toward Ohio / the Ohio-West Virginia border is physically logical.
The community center and the Finchel truck are not near the shelter and not a place the pack missed for a month. They are at a farther supply destination.
In every meaningful move from the shelter to a new site, know the direction, relative distance, who left, who remained at the shelter, and whether a Steve sign is required.
A Steve sign is required only when the pack changes direction, visits a new site, or leaves a meaningful place. Do not leave Steve signs inside the shelter just because, if the route did not change.
