7.3 Chapters 13-15, Clarke / Raven / Octavia / Steve

Octavia is locked at Raven's Day Zero age, meaning 35 on Day Zero and around 36 years 10 months during the Chapters 13-15 axis in Part 1.
Clarke, Raven, and Octavia were together for months before Octavia's death. Her death is not a functional event that activates only Clarke and Raven, but the loss of an existing unit built through road, water, shelters, injuries, repairs, and Scout.
Scout initially bonds to Octavia and remains after her death as living weight of the loss. Later he becomes the bridge that leads Clarke and Raven to Steve.
Steve is found alive by Scout, Clarke, and Raven, but Ronance still do not know he is alive until Chapter 16. Steve recovers for months before he leaves to search for Robin and Nancy.
Raven learns Steve and Robin's sign language through objects, wrappers, directions, and maps before she meets Robin. This prepares Chapter 17 and the future sign line.
After Steve leaves, Clarke goes with Scout toward the Shell station and reaches the events of Chapters 10 and 16. Raven temporarily remains behind with the radio, parts, and sign language, so her entrance in Chapter 17 is her own physical choice and not arriving as Clarke's shadow.
