9.2 Chapter 060 Opening Baseline

Chapter 060 currently exists as Chapter 60, The Thing That No Longer Fit in One Car, 9,977 words, as a draft baseline for Part 3.
The Finchel / Barbara truck is not a cache and is not a supply source left behind. After the Part 2 repairs, every useful piece of equipment was stripped from it. What remains behind is only broken, dangerous, physically impossible to carry, or not useful.
The good supplies from the truck were absorbed into the convoy's three vehicles. Therefore the opening of Part 3 is not a scarcity problem, but a problem of overload, access, doors, weight, children, animals, and communication between vehicles.
Chapter 060 locks that the convoy works, but can no longer breathe inside three vehicles. This prepares Avalance/Waverider as a solution of space and communication, not a magic solution.
Chapter 060 has no early radio, no frequency object, no Steve-side scene, no Mike/Dustin, no physical Anya, and no new information about Steve.
