7.2.5 Chapters 15 to 17 Continuity Repair, Clarke and Raven's Permitted Knowledge

In Chapter 15, Clarke and Raven join Steve only for part of the way toward Virginia. They do not reach the pickup point with him and do not know what he found or did not find afterward.
The separation occurs before the pickup point because of a group of wounded and sick people Clarke cannot leave and Steve cannot wait for.
After the separation, Clarke and Raven stay for over two months with a wandering group of wounded and survivors. The group moves between several shelters, so there is no simple point Robin and Nancy can return to.
After the group collapses, Clarke and Scout reach the Shell station. Raven remains with a half-working vehicle and the wounded, and enters the station only later.
In Chapters 16 and 17, Clarke and Raven may know only that Steve was alive when he left them, that he recovered for months, and that he left toward Virginia according to a destination he had. They must not know whether he arrived, whether he found anything, or what happened to him after the separation.
Any future Steve discovery belongs to Steve's axis only and is not knowledge of Clarke, Raven, Nancy, Robin, or the narrator in Part 1 chapters.
