Notes:

Sarah Walker is sub-main in Parts 6 to 7 and should receive a strong plot arc.
Cosima / Delphine and Bo / Lauren rise toward sub-main status because they can carry science, ethics, medicine, city identity, and moral pressure.
Kate Beckett should be part of governance, council work, city management, internal justice, or security structure.
Karen, Holly, Joyce, Lucas's mother, and Dustin's grandmother are secondary family-layer characters, important but not sub-main by default.
Seth and Summer remain strong secondary as legacy-impact characters after death.
Chuck can remain strong secondary unless the skeletons expand his independent arc.
