Swan Queen is one of the largest, most stubborn, and most fandom-shaping couples of Once Upon a Time. In canon, Emma and Regina are not a couple. Emma ends with Hook, Regina gets a redemption-leadership-family ending, and the connection between them remains an alliance, joint parenting, and deep emotional bond around Henry.
