Gideon is the AI of the Waverider, the time-traveling ship of the Legends. She is a long-standing character who, across the seasons, develops a clear personality, sense of humor, and even her own arc of choices and love. In the later seasons she also receives a human form and becomes one of the more loved and beloved-to-write characters in the cast. [1]
