14. Concrete Ronance fanfic patterns

The previous sections describe canon, dynamics, and vibe. This section translates them into the concrete patterns that recur in Ronance fanfics — patterns drawn from 18 masterwork Ronance fics (batch 1: 10 fics, batch 2: 8 fics). Ronance is architecturally different from Clexa and SwanQueen — it is not enemies-to-lovers, not co-parenting, not mythic leaders. It is two girls who circle each other in a small town, growing from strangers into something neither of them has a name for, while their mutual best friend watches and enables.
