The vast majority of Clexa fic uses close third, past tense, rarely first-person, with alternating POV between Clarke and Lexa.

Expect:

Parenthetical asides as the humor-variant of close-third. (She wasn't sure she wouldn't regret it.) / (That familiar stab of pain passed through her again.)
Long interior paragraphs, especially when one is alone or watching the other across a room.
Less profanity in the narration, more in the dialogue (especially Raven's).
Literary flourishes — extended metaphors, chapter openings with lines of poetry.
Present tense when the author wants to confront the reader with worry in real time.
