Chapter role in Part 2

Block: Finchel/Vauseman absorption. A supply run for Theo becomes the first Finchel contact. About a month after Vauseman enters, Lexa, Nancy, and Raven leave in the Chapter 027 escape vehicle while Clarke, Alex, Piper, Robin, Theo, Scout, and Beta hold the shelter. They mark a Department of Roads service vehicle for later, enter a community center for formula, child supplies, medicine, and a coded Steve sign, then hear Rachel and Finn before seeing them. The chapter opens Finchel's standalone old-world/Day Zero thread in Ohio through the music room, school barricade, Carole and Burt dying at the door, Kurt's later death, the music-note pin, song notebook, Rachel's fathers' recording, and leaving Ohio without a clean destination.
