Locked timeline and ages for Part 5

Part 5 lasts about one year and two months, roughly from month 33 to month 47 after Day Zero.

This matters emotionally. The lake camp is no longer a stopover. People lived there. They settled there. More people arrived. Routine was born there. Children grew there. Then it becomes clear that the place is still not protected enough. Leaving it is a real loss, not another logistics move.
