Locked timeline and ages for Part 4

Part 4 lasts about six months, roughly from month 27 to month 33 after Day Zero.

The lake camp must feel like a place where people actually lived: rooms, routines, animals, children, friction, returns, more people, water, food, laundry, watches, private corners and enough time to breathe before everyone understands that it is still not protected enough.
