Standalone Entry and Return Arcs in Part 4

Part 4 is more camp-based, but new arrivals and returns still need standalone shape before absorption.

Required Part 4 applications:

Steve, Anya, and Hawkins return with survival history, not only reunion payoff. Their road before camp must have enough body, loss, signs, fear, and young-group logic to stand as its own block.
Maya/Carina need a focused but real entrance arc: medicine, fire, rescue, relationship, what they lost, and what kind of work they bring into camp.
Deanoru and the Runaways need a youth-survival arc, shorter than the core blocks but not shallow. Chase's line and the group's fracture must matter.
Any camp intake must arrive with evidence of lived survival, not just a useful role.

Because this part is provisional, all entries should be rechecked during the Part 4 skeleton pass.
