Chapter 115, The Transmission and the River

Chapter job: Bring a new code / cut transmission from Gideon and connect it to intelligence about a military base on the river.

Physical frame: Radio / antenna / Waverider / camp signal work, Sara and Ava’s grief, camp intelligence discussion, map and river logic.

Emotional spine: The past is not finished with Avalance, and the future now has a direction.

Living-world realism: Transmission and base intelligence must account for other listeners, false signals, human danger, and why the base is not a simple invitation.

Carry forward: Chapter 116 receives the emotional and logistical processing of the signal.

Must preserve: Gideon and the base are future movement, not immediate solution. No base conquest.
