Chapter 119, The Lake That Almost Sounded Like Home

Chapter job: Close Part 4 by making the lake loved and insufficient.

Physical frame: Late Part 4 camp routine after all arrival waves, with base signal line active, maps, storage pressure, children, animals, watches, culture, and family webs.

Emotional spine: The lake almost sounds normal, which is exactly why leaving it later will hurt.

Living-world realism: The final lake chapter must show why the camp is vulnerable to both living dead and living people: routes, visibility, smoke, sound, population pressure, and the base as a stronger but dangerous future.

Carry forward to Part 5: Part 5 receives a living, crowded, loved lake camp, Steve / Anya / Hawkins absorbed, Maya / Carina absorbed, Runaways absorbed, Rachel visibly pregnant, Kurt unborn, Gideon / base signal active, and the military base on the river as a real target.

Must preserve: The lake is not a failure. The base is not conquered. No city yet. End on life under pressure, not a logistics memo.
