Chapter 176, Science That Does Not Save Without a Cost

General job: Absorb Cosima / Delphine and tie science to ethics, Eleven, Regina, and Clarke.

Connects from 175: Science has entered the city but not solved anything.

Core movement: Eleven helps because she genuinely finds it interesting. Regina fights with Cosima / Delphine over danger, ethics, children, or what the city owes its people. Emma comforts Regina in a comic and warm moment.

Must carry: Eleven has no powers. Clarke and medicine must remain involved. Delphine / Cosima cannot bypass civic consent.

Must not do: No miracle cure. No child-as-tool. No science magic. No “Regina is anti-science”; she is protective and civic.
