Chapter 004, The Boy Who Kept Them Alive

Summary: Steve is shown as the heart of the trio before the road takes him from Nancy and Robin, or seems to. Robin struggles with her feelings for Nancy and talks to Steve about it, Nancy overhears enough to become unsettled, and Steve reassures Robin because he can already see that Robin and Nancy fit. His apparent loss becomes the wound that shapes Ronance and his later arc.
