Connects from 151: The city has dead, wounded, stunned survivors, and no ritual language yet.

Core movement: Regina hears the weeks of Nate, Seth, and Summer and begins turning those losses into the civic root of memorial day. Shelby understands that the city still has no place to set grief down.

Must carry: Nate as laughter and love, Summer as farm / animals / ark, Seth as water / movement / freedom. Regina as culture builder, not just manager.
